What is an electronic gift card?
An electronic gift card works just like a physical one. It comes with an issue date and a unique code. The recipient can use it by booking a session and providing the code to our staff.
Do I need to print the electronic gift card?
Yes, we kindly ask guests to print their electronic gift card when visiting the studio. This makes it easier for us to keep track of gift card numbers in our system.
How do I receive a gift card purchased online?
Once your payment is processed, we’ll email the gift card to you within 3 hours during business hours (10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). If you purchase it outside business hours, it will be sent the next business day.
Is the gift card valid for both adults and children?
Yes, the gift card is perfect for anyone—adults or children. No additional details are needed when purchasing.
How can I use the gift card?
You can use the gift card within 6 months at any of our studios. Just provide the gift card number when booking.
What should I do if I didn’t receive my paid gift card?
You should typically receive your gift card within 3 hours. If you haven’t received it after that time, please contact us at (647) 558-6858. We’ll check the issue and resolve it for you.
