What age are kids classes for?
Our kids pottery classes are suitable for children from 3 years old. Children are grouped by age when possible, so younger kids, older children and teens can enjoy a comfortable creative experience.
Can parents stay during the class?
Yes. Parents are welcome to stay, watch, take photos or help younger children during the class. For little kids, especially ages 3–5, parent participation can make the experience easier and more fun.
What will my child make in class?
Kids can create a handmade ceramic piece such as a mug, bowl, cute animal, little house, candle holder, candy bowl, decorative tableware or a clay figure. Our instructors guide every child step by step.
What is included in a kids pottery class?
All materials are included: clay, tools, instructor guidance and firing. We also offer a class option including painting, glazing and 2 firings for children who want to add color to their piece.
Does my child need any pottery experience?
No experience is needed. Our kids pottery classes are beginner-friendly. Children learn simple pottery and hand-building techniques in a safe, relaxed and supportive environment.
How long does a kids class last?
Class duration depends on the age group and class format. Most kids pottery classes are designed as a one-time creative experience, with enough time to shape a ceramic piece and enjoy the process.
Can I book a private family class or birthday party?
Yes. We offer private family classes and group pottery experiences for kids’ birthdays, family gatherings and private celebrations. Private classes are available for groups up to 20 people.
